“When I weigh the same as before I gave birth,” Klishina said in an interview with the All-Russian Athletics Federation magazine. “Then I will get clearance from my doctor for such an activity and go to a rehab center in Florida. They specialize in sports injury rehabilitation. They put together a workout program, deal with your nutrition and your recovery after exercise.I know these specialists well, because every year before the season when I came to them for 3-4 weeks, I was busy pumping all the small muscles.
– Are there training plans?
“They need serious motivation, an understanding of what you are giving all your strength to. Now I struggle to find such an incentive. But I continue to develop various sports brands, I have several of my own projects.
Klishina has twice won European Indoor Championship gold (2011, 2013), won European Team Championship gold (2015) and won the Universiade (2013).
