Two dates are missing and Top Race has a new pointer

Both in the overall championship and using the elimination system, Top Race has a new leader in the standings with only two dates remaining.

Josito Di Palma is the new leader of the Top Race championship, which after the weekend in Resistencia, enters its decisive phase. In the overall and in the contest using the disposal system, Di Palma came first for the first time so far this season.

Returning to the racetrack of the capital of Chaco after five years, Jorge Barrio is the winner and has a very low total of points from the leader in both totals, Diego Azar. The next date in Concepción del Uruguay will be the last one to eliminate the two worst results of the championship to reach the closing date with net points.

JOSITO DI PALMA IS THE NEW POINT

The Fiat driver leads with 286 points, with three wins (he is the second most winner in the championship so far) and is joined by Diego Azar with Lexus who has added 274 units and with four wins. The difference in total points is now 12 points, with a maximum of 48 contested for each date of the regular format.

In the third position appeared Marcelo Ciarrocchi with Ford moving Facundo Aldrighetti to Lexus. Ciarrocchi has 235 and is on 51 points, while Aldrighetti has 216 on 70 points. They completed Lucas Guerra with 168, Jorge Barrio 147 and Ian Reutemann with 141.
