Fifth title in Red Bull history
Red Bull conquered Constructors’ Cup Formula 1 season 2022.
The team won the overall standings ahead of schedule thanks to Max Verstappen’s victory at the US Grand Prix. After the race in Austin, Red Bull had 656 points, while their closest pursuers, Ferrari, had 469.
This season, Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez played for Red Bull.
This title was the fifth in the history of Red Bull. Previously, the team won the Constructors’ Championship four times in a row in 2010-2013.
It is also Red Bull’s fifth double – victory in the individual competition and the Constructors’ Championship in one year.
Recall that Verstappen became the winner of the US Grand Prix and compared with the record figures of Michael Schumacher and Sebastian Vettel in the number of Grand Prix won in one season.
