Pilot Mercedes George Russell became the winner Brazilian Grand Prix. This is the debut triumph of the Briton in his career in Formula 1.
Yesterday, the Briton won the sprint, and in the final race of the weekend he managed to work out the right strategy with the team and win first place.
Russell’s Mercedes teammate Lewis Hamilton finished second. The third and fourth places were taken by the Ferrari drivers: Carlos Sainz and Charles Leclerc. Max Verstappen, who won the championship ahead of schedule, took sixth place, behind the experienced Spaniard Fernando Alonso.
From November 18 to 20, the final Grand Prix of the current season will take place in Abu Dhabi. The stage qualification will take place on November 19 (start — 16:00 Kyiv time). The race will take place the next day and will start at 15:00 Kyiv time.
