Verstappen wins the final Grand Prix of the season in Abu Dhabi

Charles Leclerc finished second in the race and finished second in the standings

Pilot Red Bull Max Verstappen won the final Grand Prix of the season in Abu Dhabi.

The Dutchman started from pole and confidently brought the race to victory. Max has won 15 Grand Prix this year and has improved his own win record for the season.

Second place went to Ferrari driver Charles Leclerc, ahead of Sergio Perez (Red Bull). In the fight against the Mexican, Leclerc also won the second place in the overall standings of drivers, and Ferrari, thanks to the points scored, became the second in the Constructors’ Championship. Perez is third in the race and in the standings.

Carlos Sainz (Ferrari), George Russell (Mercedes), Lando Norris (McLaren), Esteban Ocon (Alpin), Lance Stroll (Aston Martin), Daniel Ricciardo (McLaren), Sebastian Vettel (Aston Martin) also finished in the top 10. With a few laps to go, mechanical problems prevented Lewis Hamilton from finishing. Note also that this race was the last in Vettel’s career.

Recall that Max Verstappen won his second champion title ahead of schedule, and Red Bull had previously won the Constructors’ Championship.
