Perez and Norris finished in the top 3
Pilot Red Bull Max Verstappen became Emilia-Romagna Grand Prix winner. This is the second triumph of the 2021 world champion in the current Formula 1 season.
Second place went to Verstappen’s team-mate Sergio Perez. Finished third Lando Norris from McLaren. Finished the race in fourth and fifth positions George Russell (Mercedes) and Valtteri Bottas (Alfa Romeo).
Overall leader Charles Leclerc from Ferrari fought for the second position with Perez, but flew off the track and was forced to once again go to the pit stop. Monegasque finished the race sixth.
Another Ferrari driver Carlos Sainz retired on the first lap after colliding with Daniel Riccardo. Seven times world champion Lewis Hamilton from Mercedes took 13th place.
The next Formula 1 Grand Prix will be held in Miami. The main race of the stage will take place on May 8.
