Nasser Al-Attiyah (Toyota Gazoo Racing; +5.28) of Qatar, who held the overall lead on the eve of the finish of the rally-raid by 1 hour 21 minutes 42 seconds, set the second fastest time. Loeb achieved a unique feat by winning six rounds of the Dakar in a row for the first time in the history of rally-marathons. The Frenchman became the only leader in this indicator, beating Finn Ari Vatanen, who held the record for the winning streak (5) since 1989.
