The Tc2000 finished the first race at the Rosario racetrack leaving Ignacio Montenegro to win. Ardusso and Vivian are the escorts.
The Rosario racetrack was the perfect setting and on a sunny day, Ignacio Montenegro claimed victory in the first final on Sunday. In an incredible one-on-one with Facundo Ardusso, Montenegro coped with the presence of the second-placed Las Parejas driver. The top three was closed by Franco Vivian.
A few minutes before the start of the race, Scuncio Moro had an accident that put him out of the race after rolling and had to be neutralized in the final. At the start of the restart, Ardusso from Montenegro took the lead but Ignacio’s Renault was aggressive and did not give the Las Parejas driver a break.
The fourth position went to Julián Santero and Valle followed him, closing out the top five. Another driver who was forced to not continue the race was Facundo Aldrighetti since he damaged the car’s suspension. The second final of the fourth date of the TC2000 2023 championship will take place at 12:50 pm
