Hispanic Mark Marquez has withdrawn from the German Grand Prix of the MotoGP World Championship, according to the press service of the Honda team, for which he stands.
As reported, the 30-year-old runner has decided not to start the race, which will take place on Sunday.
Over the weekend, Marquez had five incidents with falls. During the second practice session, Marquez collided with Frenchwoman Joanne Zarco’s bike, which knocked her off the track and her bike collapsed from the impact. During practice on Sunday, Marquez also lost his grip on the bike and suffered a minor fracture in his finger.
Earlier this season, the six-time MotoGP champion failed to finish the race three times and missed three more stages.
