The solemn starting ceremony of the Silk Way Rally takes place on Thursday near the walls of the Kazan Kremlin. The event is attended by the Head of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and Head of the Race Project Vladimir Chagin.
The first stage of the Silk Way Rally on the Kazan-Ufa route will take place on July 7. The total distance in 2023 will be 5,248 kilometers, including 2,277 kilometers of high-speed special stages.
