The Silk Way Rally ended on Saturday in Moscow on Vasilyevsky Spusk with a solemn arrival ceremony and the presentation of prizes to the winners and winners of the race.

— We are very happy to have offered participants a new page in the history of rally raids. New regions, this year there were 13. Probably, this race was with the largest number of regions in our country. The most important thing is that the race took place 100% in the planned format. Not a single special stage was changed or shortened, we gave participants an unforgettable experience.

I heard more than once that during these 9-10 days of racing, the participants experienced a lot of emotions and unusual situations where they had to make decisions instantly. This experience can be likened to a year of ordinary life. The guys learned to overcome fords and look for roads. There were so many things, such a concentration of different situations… These are rally raids. That’s why they are interesting!

— What are your plans for next year?

“Today in our leadership we actively discussed the plans and the itinerary for next year. We are now living in difficult times, difficult geopolitical situation, it is not easy to plan, but we want racing outside of Russia. Now we are actively working. In September we will start writing the course. I can only say one thing, that we will do everything necessary to make the 2024 race interesting and unforgettable” , said Chagin on the antenna of the program “All for the match! on MatchTV.
