The Formula 1 grid for next season is full
Team Williams extended the contract with its pilot Logan Sargent for 2024.
The 22-year-old will be the team’s co-driver next season alongside Alex Albon. In the current championship, Logan scored one point, becoming the first American in 30 years to finish in the scoring zone in Formula 1.
After Sargent’s confirmation, the “grid” of 20 riders for the 2024 season was finally filled. The only change compared to the start of the 2023 championship is the return of Daniel Ricciardo, who replaced Nick de Vries at Alpha Tauri in the summer.
The final stage of this season in Abu Dhabi was won by three-time world champion Max Verstappen. The 2024 Formula 1 World Championship starts in March at the Bahrain Grand Prix.
Sophomore year loading…🌀
We’re thrilled to announce that @logansargeant will continue to drive for the team next season! 🙌
