The experienced French driver will be Canapino’s partner Hollinger Racing Juncos in the 2024 season, replacing English Callum Illot, who will continue his WEC career. The decision was confirmed at the end of last year and the Titan was able to welcome Grosjean on the team’s social networks: “I would like to welcome Romain to the team. It was a privilege and a great honor to share an IndyCar season with him. For the team this is a great opportunity to continue growing, to continue evolution. All his experience, his talent and his career are a great opportunity for us to continue our studies in this category. Thanks Romain for accepting the challenge“.

Grosjean comes from competing Andretti Autosport in the last IndyCar season and expected him to continue with that team, but his contract was finally terminated, amid a legal dispute: “I look forward to continuing to race with the good people at Andretti Autosport for years to come. I’m disappointed that it didn’t happen, and I wish the Andretti team members the best. I am looking for other options to continue my IndyCar career in search of excellence. I have commenced arbitration proceedings in Indiana against Andretti Autosport, seeking to protect my rights. I am represented by John Maley and Mark Owens of Barnes & Thornburg, LLP“.
