Road Tourism is one month away from starting its 2024 season in El Calafate and That’s why Carburando shows you just how one-on-one the job the ACTC has asked of the circuit managers.
El Calafate racetrack managers worked on and changed the first curve layout. Finally, this variant was left as a curve and not as an “S” as it was originally when the circuit was inaugurated. In addition, in some sectors the pianos were removed and only paintings remained.
It is worth remembering, when Road Tourism visits the route for the first time in 2023, The first curve is a medium speed “S” and then the drivers start to cut the curve and go almost straight to connect to the next straight.
On the other hand, expectations are very high in El Calafate for the TC visit at the end of February, between the tourism season and the opening date of the TC, the hotel industry is almost full.
