On the weekend of the 24 Hours of Le Mans motoring, David Perret suffered a severe fall, with no physical consequences.

A big panic was experienced this weekend within the framework of the 24 Hours of Le Mans, the first date of the World Motorcycle Endurance Championship (EWC).
It was Perret’s accident
French driver David Perret crashed hard during qualifying at the exit of turn two and his BMW rode into the air, completely destroyed. Fortunately, the pilot had no physical consequences and was quickly treated by the organization’s doctors.
Success in the overall classification was in the hands of the Yoshimura Suzuki Endurance Racing Team (SERT) comprised of Sylvain Guintoli, Gregg Black and Xavier Simeon repeated the success achieved in the previous edition.
Another former MotoGP rider, Bradley Smith, also suffered another serious accident initially and was taken to hospital, but with no serious injuries.
