Athletes from 13 countries will take part in phygital races at the Future Games

The last discipline of the Games of the Future will be the figittal race; the competition will take place at the Sochi Autodrom on March 2-3.

14 teams will participate in the race, with two drivers each. Athletes from 13 countries will compete for the trophy: Australia, Belarus, Hungary, Spain, Italy, Kazakhstan, Canada, China, Kyrgyzstan, Mexico, Russia, United States and Uzbekistan.

Phygital racing is a discipline where to win, you have to prove yourself both on a racing simulator and on a real circuit.

The tournament prize pool is 500 thousand dollars. Of these, the top team will receive 175,000, second place will receive 90,000, and third place will receive 65,000.

Several winners of international races came to Sochi to participate in a unique competition Romain Rousinov former participants of the Formula 3 championship Michael Belov and Alexander Smolyar Russian circuit racing champion Irina Sidorkova, American Le Mans Series winner Luis Diaz, Formula 1 and Formula E championship participant Roberto Merhi and many others.

The “Games of the Future” take place in Kazan from February 21 to March 3. The sports program includes competitions in 21 disciplines at 10 sports facilities in Kazan and Sochi, with the participation of athletes from more than 100 countries.
