In the last few hours a fire broke out at the Dole Racing factory. It’s under control, no damage and only damage to a few Pick Up TCs.
This afternoon, the workshop of the Dole Racing team, located in Ramos Mejía, suffered a fire with material damage to several trucks competing in the TC Pick Up and fortunately there were no physical consequences for the members of structure.
What happened and how are the cars?
Marco Jakos, Dole Racing team director, spoke to carburando.com and gave more details of what happened: “At noon this Monday a fire broke out in the team workshop. There was a short circuit and a TC Pick truck that burned Up that we use for promotional events,” Jakos said at the beginning.
After several minutes in which fire and smoke spread throughout the workshop, the fire was brought under control thanks to the work of team members and a group of neighbors. “Fortunately, the mechanics and neighbors in the area were able to extinguish the fire and there was no physical damage. There are only a few material issues with a TC Pick Up that we will work to recover as soon as possible,” reports Jakos. .
