The racing year starts in mid-March in Melbourne and ends in early December in Abu Dhabi
Formula 1together with Federation Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA)officially announced calendar for the 2025 season.
The schedule will remain the same 24 racing stages, which will take place over nine months on five continents of the world.
Compared to the current season, some changes have been made. Thus, the new season starts in Australia on March 16, and the stages in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia, which began the 2024 season, have been postponed to April. This is due to the length of Ramadan, which next year will last until the end of March.
As this year, the racing season will have a three-week break in August – between the Grand Prix of Hungary (Hungaroring) and the Netherlands (Zandvoort).
Formula 1 will visit the United States twice in the fall, and the racing year will end on December 7 in Abu Dhabi.
Let us remind you that four stages took place in the 2024 season. The current world champion Max Verstappen (Red Bull) is in the lead in the overall standings. The next Grand Prix will be held in China on April 21.
