russian driver Daniel Kvyat shared his impressions of driving a NASCAR stock car during practice and qualifying at the Indianapolis track.
Previously, the professional racing team Team Hezeberg, participating in the NASCAR Cup Series championship, announced that the former Formula 1 driver would make his debut for the team at the stage in Indianapolis (USA).
— It was very important to do a few laps today. It was a short free practice session, a short qualifying session. Kvyat was a reserve driver for the Alpin Formula 1 team last season. The Russian played in F-1 for Red Bull and Alfa Tauri (formerly Toro Rosso).
