Mercedes finished second Lewis Hamilton. Third place was taken by Lewis’s teammate – George Russell.
Finished in the top 10 Carlos Sainz (Ferrari) Sergio Perez (Red Bull), Charles Leclerc (Ferrari) Lando Norris (McLaren) Fernando Alonso (Alpin), Esteban Ocon (Alpin) and Sebastian Vettel (Aston Martin).
Note that Verstappen showed only the tenth result in qualifying. However, the competent strategy of the team during the stage allowed the Red Bull pilot to bypass the winner of the qualification Russell (Mercedes), Sainz and Leclerc from Ferrari, as well as Lewis Hamilton, who started the race seventh.
The next Formula 1 Grand Prix will take place in Belgium on 28 August.
