The two-time world champion will drive for Aston Martin next year
Formula 1 team Aston Martin officially announced the signing of a contract with Fernando Alonso.
The two-time world champion will play for Aston Martin from next year. The 41-year-old Spaniard will sign a multi-year contract with the team.
Fernando Alonso will replace Sebastian Vettel at Aston Martin, who will retire from Formula 1 at the end of the season.
The Spaniard is playing for Alpin this season. After 13 stages, Alonso is in 10th place overall with 41 points.
