The Silk Road Rally took place across Russia and Mongolia from July 5 to 15. The race started in Tomsk and ended in Ulan Bator. On Monday, a solemn award ceremony for the winners and prize-winners of the rally took place.

— We are very happy that the race returned to Mongolia. This country is already known for its very beautiful desert. We started in Tomsk. The natural landscapes changed every day. The forests gave way to mountain ranges: Altai, Chuysky region. Then came Mongolia. There were also mountain control systems where it was not easy for the equipment. Three days of dunes, which had not happened for three years. At the finish, everyone was very happy.

To keep the athletes feeling fit until the last day, the “marathon” stage was completed before the finish line. We are planning to do a kind of marathon over several days, without assistance.
