The AF Corse team, for which the former Russian driver competes Robert Schwartzman won the Lone Star Le Mans race in Austin (USA) as part of the World Endurance Championship (WEC).
Schwartzman, who is now racing under an Israeli license, along with former F1 driver Robert Kubica of Poland and Chinese representative Yifei Ye, completed 183 laps in 6 hours 23.755 seconds.
Second place went to the Toyota Gazoo Racing team of Mike Conway, Kamui Kobayashi and Nick de Vries, 1.780 seconds behind the winners. Third were Antonio Fuoco, Miguel Molina and Nicklas Nielsen of the Ferrari AF Corse team (+26.282).
The crew of the Lamborghini Iron Lynx team, for which Russian Daniil Kvyat competes under Italian license, finished in 14th place (+1 lap).
