Fernando Alonso was the first in the history of Formula 1 to hold 400 Grands Prix

Participation in practice counts as participation in the stage

Pilot Aston Martin Fernando Alonso became the author of a unique achievement.

The Spaniard took part in practices before the Mexican Grand Prix. Thus, the most experienced driver has already won 400 Grand Prix, 397 of which he took the start.

Note that Alonso is the first driver in F1 history to score his fifth hundred Grand Prix. 2007 champion Kimi Raikkonen is second in the ranking, Lewis Hamilton is in third place.

Last year, Alonso became the first driver in the history of Formula 1 to reach the 100 thousand kilometers mark in racing (100.2 thousand km). Alonso’s historic race took place during the Singapore Grand Prix.

The 2024 Mexican Grand Prix will take place tomorrow, October 27. Fernando is in ninth place in the drivers’ individual championship.
