Racer McLaren Oscar Piastri became the winner sprint qualification on Brazilian Grand Prix V Formula 1.
The Australian clocked a time of 1:08.899 in the final session. His McLaren partner Lando Norris was behind him by less than 0.03 seconds. The second row of the starting grid for the sprint will be Charles Leclerc (Ferrari) and Max Verstappen (Red Bull).
The top 10 also included Carlos Sainz (Ferrari), George Russell (Mercedes), Pierre Gasly (Alpin), Liam Lawson (RB), Alexander Albon (Williams) and Oliver Berman (Haas).
Let us remind you that at the main race, the Brazilian Grand Prix, championship leader Verstappen will receive a penalty of five places on the starting grid due to an engine replacement. This penalty will not apply to the sprint.
The sprint at the Brazilian Grand Prix will take place on Saturday, November 2 (starts at 16:00). Qualifying will take place on Saturday evening (20:00). The main race will take place on Sunday and starts at 19:00.
