Berman to replace ill Magnussen at Haas at Brazilian Grand Prix

British pilot Olivier Berman will speak for “Haas until the end of the Formula 1 race weekend in Brazil, the team’s press service reports.

On Friday, Berman replaced the Dane Kevin Magnussen who missed the start of the stage due to illness. The 19-year-old finished tenth in sprint qualifying. We now know that Magnussen will only get back behind the wheel of his car at the end of the Grand Prix.

This season, Berman has already participated in two races: the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix (for Ferrari) and the Azerbaijan Grand Prix (for Haas). In total he scored 7 points. Magnussen has 14 points in the general classification.

On Saturday, Brazil will host the sprint and qualifying for Sunday’s race.
