In the 2005 Monaco Grand Prix, at the start of the premiere of Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith, a rarely seen marketing action was taken with the Red Bull Racing team.
Red Bull Racing’s RB1s, driven at the time by David Coulthard and Vitantonio Liuzzi, used a special livery referring to the new Star Wars film. In addition, over the weekend, there were promotional actions in the pits and even a group of Stormtroopers along with Darth Vader appeared to make a pit stop.
