12 regions with weather alerts for rain, winds and electrical storms likely

• Region Metropolitan in the coastal mountain range.
• Region of O’Higgins on the coast and the coastal mountain range.

A weather alert is also maintained for up to 55 mm of precipitation with a high zero isotherm which considers until August 2, in the sectors of:

• Region of Maule on the coast and the coastal mountain range.
• Region of Noble on the coast, the coastal mountain range, the valley and the foothills.
• Region of Biobio on the coast, the coastal mountain range, the valley and the foothills.

He maintains a Moderate to strong wind alert for the Atacama mountain range due to gusts reaching 110 km/h until Friday evening.

In a lower category, two weather warnings are in effect for the condition, at a normal to moderate level. The first of them considers until Saturday evening August 3 in the following sectors:

• Antofagasta Region in coastal and mountain ranges.
• Atacama Region in the foothills and mountains.

Additionally, a second warning indicates winds during the day on Friday In:

• Coquimbo Region on the coast, the coastal mountain range and the mountain range.
• Valparaiso Region on the coast, the coastal mountain range and the mountain range.
• Metropolitan area in the coastal mountain range, foothills and mountain range.
