The Spanish Carlos Alcaraza new figure in world tennis, rose from ninth to sixth place in the ATP rankings after dedicating himself to the Masters 1000 in Madrid, while the Argentine Sebastian Baez | climbed three steps and ranked 37th, even with no action last week.
Alcaraz, who has won four titles this season (Rio de Janeiro, Miami, Barcelona and Madrid), entered the top ten on April 25 as 9 in the world and has now reached his best historical record, with his new 19 year of age Thursday of last week.
