“We want as many fans around the world as possible to tune in to the final match of the ATP Tour season. Avoiding conflict with the opening of the FIFA World Cup, one of the biggest sporting events in the world, we aim to reach the largest possible global audience for the final,” the tournament organizers said in a statement.
Recall that in the summer, FIFA postponed the start of the 2022 World Cup in Qatar from November 21 to November 20. The match between Qatar and Ecuador will open the main football tournament in the world, starting at 18:00 Kyiv time.
Four athletes have already qualified for the Final Tournament – Rafael Nadal, Carlos Alcaras, Kasper Ruud and Novak Djokovic. The event will take place in Turin from 13 to 20 November.
