Kichenok and Ostapenko advanced to the second round
Lyudmila Kichenok with a victory started in doubles at the tournament WTA 1000 in mexican Guadalajara.
In a pair with Elena Ostapenko, she beat the duo Zhan Haoqing / Lucija Hradecka (Chinese Taipei / Czech Republic) in two sets in an hour. Kichenok and Ostapenko played their first joint match in the last month and a half.
In the second round, Nadezhda and Elena will face Estonian Kaya Kanepi and Linda Frugvirtova from the Czech Republic.
