Ukrainian beat Yvonne Cavalier-Reimers from Spain in straight sets

Ukrainian tennis player Katerina Beindl made it to the quarterfinals of the series tournament ITF W100 in a spanish city Las Francesas dal Balles.

The Ukrainian beat Yvonne Cavalier-Reimers from Spain in straight sets, spending an hour and a half on the fight. In the first set, Katerina dominated, winning three out of four games on her opponent’s serve.

In the second installment, a struggle ensued on the court. Stronger nerves turned out to Beindl, who, having made another break, kept her serve and snatched victory in the match.

Recall that in the first round Katerina in a difficult three-set duel beat the eighth seeded Arancia Rus from the Netherlands. The Ukrainian played five match points and won after a long tie-break.

Beindl will play wild card holder Andrea Lazaro Garcia in the quarterfinals. Recall that the Spaniard in the opening match sensationally knocked out the first seeded Ukrainian tournament Angelina Kalinina.
