Pegula vs Sakkari will open the singles tournament
The draw for singles Final WTA Tournament. Eight tennis players were divided into two groups.
The Tracey Austin band will play Iga Schwentek (Poland, 1), Coco Gauff (USA, 4), Carolyn Garcia (France, 6) and Daria Kasatkina (-, eight). The group “Nancy Ritchie” will perform Ons Gill (Tunisia, 2), Jessica Pegula (USA, 3), Maria Sakkari (Greece, 5), Arina Sobolenko (-, 7).
The first racket of the world Iga Shventek in the opening match will play with Daria Kasatkina on November 1. Jessica Pegula’s duel with Maria Sakkari on October 31 will open the singles of the Final tournament.
Recall that Ukrainian Lyudmila Kichenok will perform in the doubles tournament. Together with Elena Ostapenko from Latvia, the duo will play the first match with a pair of Veronika Kudermetova/Eliza Mertens (-/Belgium, 4) on November 1st.
The final WTA tournament will be held from October 31 to November 7 in Fort Worth (USA). Tennis players will play three matches in the group stage, the top two from each group will advance to the semi-finals.
