In the WTA Final Tournament, semi-final matches were held.
French representative Caroline Garcia defeated Maria Sakkari of Greece in two matches.
The match lasted 1 hour 15 minutes and ended with the score 6:3, 6:2. Garcia filed six times and won four games on the receiving end.
In the other semi-final, Belarusian tennis player Arina Sabolenko defeated Poland’s Iga Sventek in three sets. In just over two hours of play, Sobolenko had 12 assists and won six games on reception.
