French woman Caroline Garcia rose from sixth to fourth in the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) rankings after winning the title in the WTA Finals.
In the final of the tournament, which took place in Fort Worth (USA), Garcia defeated the representative of Belarus Arina Sobolenko – 7:6 (7:4), 6:4. Sobolenko moved from seventh to fifth position.
The best among the Russians remains Daria Kasatkina , which is on the eighth line. Also in the top 10 includes another Russian tennis player – Veronika Kudermetova (9th place).
