Russian tennis player Andrei Rublev has confirmed its participation in the Diriyah Tennis Cup exhibition tournament, which will be held in Saudi Arabia.
The competition will take place from December 8 to 10 in Riyadh. Earlier, Russian Daniil Medvedev, Austrian Dominic Thiem, Swiss Stan Wawrinka, Frenchman Gael Monfils and German Alexander Zverev showed up for the tournament.
“I look forward to meeting many of the best players as it will be a very good preparation for the upcoming season. I will do everything in my power to show high level tennis and for the public to enjoy the time spent” , Rublev told the official tournament website.
On Wednesday, Briton Cameron Norrie confirmed his participation in the tournament. The names of five other tennis players who will perform at the Diriyah Tennis Cup will be announced later. The prize money for the tournament exceeds $3 million.
