Beindl advanced to the semi-finals of the tournament in Chile

The Ukrainian beat the seventh seed Victoria Jimenez Kasintseva in two and a half hours

Ukrainian tennis player Katerina Beindl advanced to the semi-finals of the series tournament WTA 125 in Chilean Colin.

In the quarterfinals, the Ukrainian defeated the seventh seed Victoria Jimenez Kasintseva. The fight lasted almost two and a half hours.

The first set was held in a tough fight and its outcome was decided on a tie-break, which was won by a tennis player from Andorra. In the future, Beindl dominated the court. In subsequent games, the Ukrainian won five innings of her opponent, giving up only one game of her own.

During the tournament, Beindl defeated Spaniard Rosa Vicens Mas and Slovenian tennis player Tamara Zidansek. In the semifinals, Katerina will play second seeded Danka Kovincic from Montenegro.
