Ilya defeated the third seeded Vatutin, Vitaly – Ergi Kirkin from Turkey
Ukrainian tennis players Ilya Marchenko and Vitaly Sachko made it to the finals of the qualifying tournament of the series Challenger in Portuguese Oeirasche.
Ilya defeated the eighth seeded Alexei Vatutin, who plays in a neutral status, in straight sets. The Ukrainian filed six aces in the duel and made four double faults.
Sachko passed Ergi Kirkin from Turkey in the first round of qualification. Vitali also needed two sets to win.
Marchenko will compete with Estonian tennis player Mark Layal for access to the main draw of the tournament. Sachko will play Sebastian Fanselov from Germany in the qualification final.
