Ukrainian in three sets lost to Erika Andreeva
Ukrainian tennis player Katarina Zawatskaya completed her performances in qualifying on Australian Open 2023.
In the second round, Zavatskaya lost in three sets to the 135th racket of the world, Erika Andreeva, who received the 29th seed in qualifying. The Ukrainian won the first set with three breaks. Katarina started the second game unsuccessfully (0:3) and eventually failed to catch up with her opponent. In the decisive set, Zavatskaya led 2-1, but then she lost five games in a row.
