Elina Svitolina once again appealed to the world community with a request not to forget about the war in Ukraine and continue to help our country. This time, the famous Ukrainian tennis player did it with the Australian Open.
On the official account of the Australian Open, a video message appeared from our athlete about the war in Ukraine.
“In Ukraine, life is no longer normal. Homes like ours have been lost. These families (in the video), like ours and yours – their lives have been destroyed. The crisis continues. Together we can provide of life-saving help and inspire hope,” Svitolina said.
