President of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) Thomas Bach wish health to japanese tennis player Naomi Osaka who announced that she was expecting a baby.
On Wednesday, 25-year-old Osaka opened up about her pregnancy, expressing her hope of being able to compete at the Australian Open in 2024.
— Dear Naomi, congratulations on this wonderful news. I wish you good health and all the best for this journey and the new chapter of your life,” Bach told the IOC press office.
Osaka is a four-time Grand Slam champion, with a total of seven singles titles to her name.
