Badosa and Tomljanovic withdraw from Australian Open due to injury

Spanish Paula Badosa and australian Aila Tomlyanovitch will miss the Australian Open due to injury, according to the tournament press service.

Badosa, ranked 11th in the world rankings, will not play due to an abductor muscle injury, the 35th racket in the world Tomljanovic – a knee injury.

Their place in the main draw of the Australian Open will be occupied by the French Leolia Zhanzhan and the Brazilian Laura Pigossi.
