Three-time Grand Slam doubles champion Elena Vesnina thinks Aslan Karatsev who lost to Bulgarian tennis player Grigor Dimitrov (6:7 (3:7), 5:7, 2:6) in the first round of the Australian Open, was unlucky with the draw by lot.
