Russia’s first racket Daria Kasatkina continues to move on the Roland-Garros grid, beating the American in the third round Shelby Rogers .
The Russian was stronger in straight sets, giving her opponent just five games in total. The victory was for Kasatkina already the third major of the tournament – earlier she faced Rebecca Shramkova (6: 2, 6: 0) and Fernanda Gomez (6: 0, 6: 3) with no less confidence.
In the fourth round of “Roland Garros”, Kasatkina will play with the winner of the meeting between Camila Giorgi (Italy) and Arina Sobolenko (Belarus).
