Athletistic/Tennis. Russian Tennis Federation (FTR) boss Shamil Tarpischev has spoken about Karen Khachanov’s victory over American Sebastian Korda in the Australian Open quarter-finals.
“I can’t say that Khachanov crushed Korda. Karen resisted the pace the American offered – another key to success. And he served very well.”
Khachanov led the game with the score 7:6 (7:5), 6:3, 3:0. Korda withdrew from the 3rd set due to a hand injury.
