The next opponent of the Ukrainian is the first seeded Doden
Ukrainian tennis player Daria Snigur defeated the representative of Turkey Zeynep Sonmez in the 1/4 finals of the tournament ITF W25 in French Andrezier-Boutheon.
The match lasted just over an hour. In the first set, Snigur made three breaks, giving her opponent two games on her serve – 6:3. In the second game, the Ukrainian lost 2:5, but won five games in a row and got the victory – 7:5.
In the semi-finals, Snigur, seeded No. 6, will play against seeded Oceane Doden of France. The match will take place on January 28.
In the previous rounds, Snigur defeated Romanian Andrei Mita in three sets and beat Susan Bandecci from Switzerland in two sets.
