2016 Olympic Champion Elena Vesnina believes both Australian Open finalists are Belarusian tennis players Arina Sobolenko and a representative from Kazakhstan Elena Rybakina were worthy of the title.
Sobolenko became the winner of the Australian Open, beating Rybakina 4:6, 6:3, 6:4. The match lasted 2 hours and 28 minutes. For Sobolenko, 24, this is the first Grand Slam singles title of his career.
