Ukrainian tennis player Hope Kichenok lost in the doubles final of the tournament WTA 250 V Linz.
Ukrainian with Anna-Lena Friedsam from Germany lost to a pair of Natela Dzalamidze/Victoria Kuzhmova (Georgia/Slovakia). The first set went to Nadezhda and Anna-Lena. In the second game, the opponents were more successful.
At the super tie-break, Kichenok and Fridzam had a match-ball on someone else’s serve, but did not convert it. Kuzhmova and Dzalamidze used their chance and won the tournament.
Nadezhda and Anna-Lena previously competed together in two tournaments last season. The pair reached the semi-finals at the WTA 125 tournament in Tampico and played in the final of the WTA 125 tournament in Midland.
