Bulgarian tennis player Grigor Dimitrov in a tenacious quarter-final of the ATP tournament in Rotterdam, he beat Alex De Minor.
The Bulgarian won the first set with a score of 6:3, De Minor was stronger with the same result in the second set. The outcome of the match was decided in the tie-break of the third set, where Dimitrov came back first with the score 0:3, then 4:6. The match lasted more than two and a half hours.
It is curious that both opponents eliminated the Russians in the first round of the tournament – Dimitrov dominated Aslan Karatsev, and De Minor won against Andrey Rublev.
In the semi-finals, Dimitrov can face another Russian athlete, Daniil Medvedev, if he beats the Canadian Felix Auger-Alyassime. Their match will take place later Friday.
