Russian tennis player Daniel Medvedev after defeating Australian Christopher O’Connell in the quarter-finals of the ATP tournament in Doha, he said self-confidence decided the outcome of the match.
Medvedev won with the score 6:2, 4:6, 7:5.
“It all depends on the little things. I lost and won tough matches. Sometimes the outcome of a match is decided by self-confidence. I’m happy that I managed to reach the semi-finals,” the ATP press service quoted Medvedev as saying.
Daniil’s opponent in the semi-finals of the tournament was Canada’s Felix Auger-Alyassime.
